Shop freshly cut Christmas trees sourced from New York farms, evergreen wreaths handcrafted right here by our team for over 30 years, and the Capital Region's largest selection of poinsettias — all in one place.

Christmas Trees

Walk through our selection of freshly cut Christmas trees and take your time finding the right one. Our staff — aka our "Christmas elves" — will trim the base, wrap it up, and help load it for you, so all you have to do is enjoy the ride home.

This season we carry four varieties to suit every home and preference:

Fraser Fir — Sturdy, upward-angled branches that hold heavy ornaments beautifully. Firm, short needles with minimal drop and a gentle, pleasant fragrance. One of our most popular varieties.
Balsam Fir — The classic Christmas tree. Soft, flat needles with a rich, traditional woodland scent that fills the room. A timeless choice for traditionalists.
Korean Balsam Fir — Compact and ornamental with dark green, soft needles and a unique citrus fragrance. A great option for smaller spaces or as a second tree.
Canaan Fir — Full and symmetrical with soft, flexible needles and excellent retention. A beautiful all-around tree that holds up well through the season.

Christmas Wreaths

For over 30 years, our team has handcrafted every wreath right here at Sunnyside Gardens using a signature blend of balsam fir and Fraser fir — full, fragrant, and built to last through the season.

Wreaths are available in sizes from 8" to 48" and can be accented with juniper, cedar, white pine, or holly. Choose from our pre-decorated designs or work with us to create something custom — we'll match your home's colors, style, and front door perfectly.

Kissing Balls & Holiday Decor

Beyond wreaths, our team handcrafts a full range of traditional Northeastern holiday decorations — including kissing balls available plain or dressed with velvet bows in multiple colors.

For your outdoor spaces, we carry evergreen hanging baskets, holiday containers, urns, mailbox covers, garlands, and bundles of fresh greens. Inside, you'll find fresh boughs, holly, and boxwood to finish every corner of your home for the season.

Poinsettias & Holiday Plants

Sunnyside Gardens carries the Capital Region's largest selection of poinsettias — and we mean it. Our greenhouse is filled with classic colors like red, white, pink, and marble, plus exciting new hybrids you won't find anywhere else, including Jingle Bells and Ice Crystal.

Not everyone wants the upkeep of fresh greens — and that's completely fine. Our Indoor Shop carries a beautiful selection of individually decorated artificial wreaths and kissing balls that look stunning without the maintenance or allergens.
