Cashiers:
Our cashiers are often the last face a customer sees before heading home — and that makes this role incredibly important. We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy talking with customers and making their visit a great one.
Responsibilities include processing transactions at the register, providing friendly and efficient service, directing customers to the right help when needed, and keeping your workspace clean and organized.
Laborer / Helping Hands:
Love being outdoors? This is the job for you. Our laborers work outside throughout the day in all weather conditions. No experience necessary — just a willingness to work hard and a positive attitude.
Tasks include helping customers carry plants to their vehicles, organizing and stocking products, unloading delivery trucks, watering and arranging plants, removing dead flowers, and keeping the store clean and safe.
Must be able to stand all day and lift 40–50 lbs. regularly. Must be comfortable working in high greenhouse temperatures.
Greenhouse Waterer:
We're looking for plant lovers to join our greenhouse team in full and part-time roles. Your main job is watering plants according to their individual needs and keeping soil moisture at optimal levels. You'll also monitor plant health and help keep the greenhouse clean and tidy. No horticulture experience required — just a genuine love of plants and the ability to work independently.
