Cashiers:

Responsibilities encompass processing transactions at the register, delivering efficient and amiable service to customers, guiding customers to the appropriate assistance when needed, and upholding cleanliness standards in your workspace.

Laborer / Helping Hands:
Are you interested in an outdoor job? Our workers are outdoors throughout the day, in all weather conditions. While expertise is not required, a keenness to learn is. Our team members are essential to our commitment to providing excellent customer service. We're on the lookout for polite and observant individuals who can proactively fulfill customer needs.
Your tasks will include organizing products, keeping the store's entrance and exit clean, assisting customers with their purchases to their vehicles, managing product load-ins and load-outs, collecting shopping carts, unloading delivery trucks, aiding customers in selecting plants, arranging plant materials, and ensuring a tidy and safe work area.
Additional duties involve replenishing stock on tables, sweeping, planting & watering the plants, assisting customers in making the right selections, crafting personalized plant arrangements, removing dead flowers, making sure signs are correctly placed, and keeping the work environment safe and orderly.
*Must be able to be on your feet all day and lift 40-50 lbs. regularly and withstand high temperatures in greenhouses.

Greenhouse Waterer:
We're looking for Greenhouse Waterers to join our team, with both part-time and full-time positions available.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about plants and eager to work in a nurturing environment. Your main responsibility will be to water plants according to their specific needs, ensuring they are kept at optimal soil moisture levels.
Additionally, you'll monitor plant health and contribute to keeping the greenhouse clean. The ability to follow instructions, work independently, and handle physical tasks is required. While previous experience in horticulture is a plus, it’s not necessary. If you have a love for plants and are interested in contributing to their care and success, we’d love to hear from you.

Retail Manager:
Join our team as a Retail Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in leading our garden center operations. We're looking for a passionate individual with a knack for retail management and a love for all things gardening.
As the Retail Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our garden center. This includes overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Your leadership skills will be crucial in motivating and guiding our team to achieve sales targets and provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
We're seeking someone with retail management experience, ideally in a garden center, greenhouse, or similar environment. A strong understanding of gardening products and horticulture will be advantageous. Flexibility is key, as this role may require working weekends and holidays.
